• At Trucks & Vans Accessories Store, we ship orders within 2 business days of receiving your order.
• If the item is out of stock you will be notified, and you will have the option to wait to receive the item or you can request a refund.
• Depending on your location we typically ship Fedex or USPS.
• If you're within ND, SD, MN, WI, or IA we may ship via Spee Dee Delivery.
• You can pick up items at our store in Forest Lake, MN if you choose for free. Some products are not available for pickup, so make sure to call or email in advance before you travel to our facility. We will send you a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up.
• All freight items only ship within the lower 48 states only.
• International shipping is available to most non-freight items and is shipped by Fedex.
• You will be updated the moment your order ships with tracking information.
• You can track your order any time from our tracking system included in your shipment confirmation email.
